1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ring2Lead (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Ring2Lead provides AI-powered voice receptionist software, including call routing, transcription, and lead capture functionalities ("Services").
3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Merchant of Record
We partner with Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, subscription management, and direct invoicing for Ring2Lead services.
- Billing and Renewals: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method.
- Refund Policy:Since Paddle operates as the Merchant of Record, all refunds are processed in compliance with Paddle's checkout and refund procedures. Generally, refunds for subscriptions are honored within 14 days of the initial purchase if the service remains largely unused. Please contact our support team to initiate a refund request, which we will coordinate with Paddle.
- Taxes: All necessary local taxes and VAT are collected and remitted by Paddle based on your billing location during the checkout process.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You also agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ring2Lead and its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ring2Lead, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
