1. Merchant of Record
Ring2Lead uses Paddle.com as its Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for handling all payment-related inquiries, compliance, and refunds.
2. Subscription Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund policy for all subscription plans. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided that your AI minute usage has not exceeded 10% of your plan limit.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@ring2lead.com. We will coordinate with Paddle to process your request as quickly as possible.
4. Process
Once a refund is approved by our team and initiated via Paddle, it typically takes 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
